Good kit, shipping a bit slow

I ordered a 'Floral Paint by Numbers' kit a few weeks ago. The quality of the canvas and paints was quite good for the price. Are the paints actually good quality? I've ordered from other places before and the paints were super thin and watery.

I've gotten a few kits from them and the paints were decent, acrylics usually. Not artist-grade but definitely thick enough to cover well. I haven't had issues with them being watery.

They're okay. I usually add a drop of water if they start to get a bit thick, but never had them dry out or be super thin. You get enough paint too.

Paint Your Life is more about getting a portrait done by an artist, like a commissioned piece. Art Of Paint By Numbers is all about the DIY kit so you paint it yourself. Totally different services, really.

Yeah, huge difference. Paint Your Life is super expensive because an artist does it. APBN is for you to paint your own. Both can do custom stuff but the end product is different.

Yeah, I'd say plan for 10-14 days just to be safe. They have pretty standard shipping times for online stuff. It's not Amazon prime fast, but reliable.

Yeah, the kids' kits are usually simpler designs with bigger areas to paint. My 7-year-old loved hers. Just make sure to get one that's labeled for kids, some of the adult 'beginner' ones can still be tricky.

It's super easy, there's usually an 'upload photo' button right on the product page for the custom kits. You just select it from your computer or phone files.

Not complicated at all. You just click the button and pick your pic. They also have some guidelines on what kind of photos work best for turning into a kit, like good lighting and stuff.

AFAIK, custom stuff is usually harder to return since it's made for you. For regular kits, I think you have to send it back within a certain time frame. Check their policy page.

Returns for regular kits were easy for me, just had to pay return shipping. For custom ones, I don't think they usually accept returns unless there's a defect or something on their end.

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack coupons there. Most sites only let you use one discount at a time. The 50% off is probably better anyway if it's sitewide.
